At Ossmet, we operate three powder coating ovens of various sizes, allowing us to handle parts of different dimensions simultaneously and, if needed, work in multiple shifts. This ensures faster turnaround times and greater flexibility for our clients.

One of our ovens can be extended up to 9 meters, making it ideal for coating extra-long metal parts. To guarantee the best possible result, please consider the dimensions of our ovens before placing an order:

  • Oven 1: length 4000 mm, width 1400 mm, height 1700 mm

  • Oven 2: length 6300 mm, width 500 mm, height 2200 mm; extendable up to 9000 mm (special pricing applies)

  • Oven 3: length 4800 mm, width 1500 mm, height 1700 mm
